ICE CREAM ♡

This week, I had a precious time through field trip. First time, we went to whole food market. Whole food market is an organic market. Every meal and all food are very fresh. My mission is interview about business worker. First, we went to ‘Ace Mart Restaurant Supply’. We were interviewee Maritza. She is working for 4 years because the company pays for her school. She loves her job, because she likes her coworkers. However, she don’t like work on weekend. Second, we went to whole foods gelato counter. Anthony works for 2years. He loves his work environment. His customer base is someone who want to be health. But, he don’t like have to start his work at 6 a clock. Through this interview, I can meet people who have pride of their job. And I really enjoy this time.

In this articles, nowadays, employers and educators is a facing the biggest challenge about the rapid advance of globalization. The market is no longer regional and national, and more expand all around the world. Therefore, the universities have to prepare students who experience 21st century labor market. For example, universities have exchange programs which the students can study abroad. Students have experiences another culture, and then, they can prepare globalization. I am a college student who will get a job in global market. To prepare my future, I have to improve my English and have many experiences about the world. However, to prepare my future, I have to spend much money. Thus, universities have to provide opportunities for students to become global citizens related to scholarship and many programs which students can experience about global market.
